2023 Western Australia NF CAMP

Join us for our VERY FIRST camp in Western Australia.

This has been largely made possible by local NF Mum, Donna Roberts, who became a Westfield Local Hero in 2020 and won $10,000 towards a WA camp. We are so pleased to be able to finally bring this exciting opportunity to our community in the west!

"NF camp is a place where I don’t have to be self-conscious about having neurofibromatosis!"

In March 2023 we'll descend upon the Swan Valley Adventure centre just outside of Perth, where we'll connect, unwind and have heaps of fun.

Situated on 89 acres, 30 minutes drive from Perth CBD in the picturesque Swan Valley, the adventure centre specialises in excursion days and overnight camps. Our host centre runs a wide range of programs for all ages and abilities, including the only wheelchair high ropes course challenge in Australia.

Some of the most popular activities include the flying fox, archery and commando course. Of course if you feel like coming to camp and just relaxing, we've got you covered for that too!

Connect with other members of the NF community and the CTF team in an idyllic location whilst still stepping out of your comfort zone with some super fun indoor and outdoor activities.

“It was so good to be able to do something that's connected to my child’s NF that isn't an appointment, or forms, or additional worries and burden. It was so lovely to finally be able to do something FUN that we could only do because he has NF1.”
