Great Ocean Road Running Festival

The Great Ocean Road is an icon in Australia and is renowned throughout the world for its beauty and panoramic views of the Southern Ocean.

The weekend features running & walking events, from the 1.5km Kids’ Gallop to the 60km Ultra Marathon, plus new 6.5km and 13km Trail Run events. There is a distance to suit all ages and fitness levels. Festival activities will be running over the entire weekend, these include yoga, kites and kite-making, live music & more.

Course length: 60km, 44km, 23km, 14km, 12km, 10km, 6.5km, 6km, 5km and 1.5km

Run Melbourne

Run Melbourne isn’t just a race; it’s an unparalleled experience. Sweat, celebrate and push yourself past iconic city landmarks, with the crowds cheering you on and the adrenaline pumping through your veins.

Run through the Melbourne CBD, around the Royal Botanic Gardens and through Melbourne's sporting precinct.

Melbourne Marathon Festival

The Melbourne Marathon Festival has run every year since 1978.

The event is set in the heart of Melbourne with event courses running through Yarra Park, St Kilda, Flinders Street, the Shrine of Remembrance, and finishing with one lap of the iconic MCG.

Date: Sunday 13 October 2024
Time: Waves start from 7am (course dependent)
Course length: Marathon, half-marathon, 10km, 5km, 3km walk
