How do I update my profile picture with a frame?

Go to your profile on the Facebook app and tap "Edit" on your profile picture. Then tap "Add Frame".

1. Go to your Facebook Page
2. Hover the mouse over your existing profile picture.
3. Click the Update Profile Picture button.
4. Select Add Frame and search for "NF Awareness Month" or "Out of the Shadows" by the Children's Tumour Foundation
