What is NF Connect for Young adults?

NF Connect for young adults is designed for young adults aged 18-30 years.

Within these sessions, we will explore topics such as:

Transitioning to university or work
Themes around bullying and how to feel comfortable in your own skin
Studying techniques, work-related challenges
What it means to transition out of the paediatric system and taking control of your own health as a young adult
